Shipping policy


We have 3 and 5 working days handling time before our products are shipped out. Our team tries it's best to ship out your purchases within 24 hours or next day. If the purchase falls on a Saturday after 11am, we will most likely ship the product out on Monday.


Our team does not control the delivery timeframe. We cannot control any delays caused by the USPS, UPS, Fedex, or DHL If you have any questions, email us at [EMAIL].


Our products are usually shipped out in 24-48 Hours. Our products take 10-20 business days for delivery.


Our Return Policy

If you still need to return a product we understand, here are the details:

You can return the backdrops up to 7 days from the date of purchase.

You are responsible for the return shipping fees.


A $3 processing fee will be deducted from the order

Please fill out the tracking form below for a guaranteed return. We need the tracking number to process the return.


Products must be in new and unused condition.


Products with a Custom Logo are not returnable.


You will receive a full product refund, not including shipping. Refunds will be applied to the card or PayPal account you used to make the original purchase. Refunds will be issued within 10 business days of receipt of the product.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
